Modern Floors offer full installation service when you purchase one of our flooring products. We don't send you to someone else or contract someone else. Since 1949 we have worked step-by-step with our customers to install the flooring correctly and professionally. We offer the following installation services:

Carpet Installation

We can install a full house of carpet in one to three days. We quickly remove and dispose of the old carpet in the home. We then put in a new pad. We carefully install the new carpet, attaching it to each corner of the home.

Hardwood Installations

Hardwood installation can take a few days, or take a couple of week. The time process is dependent on size, the detail of the hardwood, or other factors. We take the time to rip out the old hardwood, and make necessary repairs to the subfloor. We install a baseboard as well as the hardwood, and then glue or staple the hardwood together. We can also float (pad) the floor as an easier process.

Vinyl Installation

We install vinyl flooring by first cutting the sheet vinyl to fit the floor. We then lay down and install the floor, and also install the base and transitions for your flooring.

Laminate Installation

Laminate is typically “floated” over the floor, instead of glued nailed, taped or stapled. It is clicked together in place. We can remove old flooring, including baseboards and transitions. We also install the underlayment, which absorbs the sounds and is a moisture barrier.

Tile Installation

We install all of our durable tile floors by hand. Our professionals provide detailed, but timely work every step of the way. We always evenly distribute the mortar, precisely align and place the tile and clean up our mess.

Window Treatment Installation

We carefully install blinds and shades to properly fit your windows and blend in with the rest of the home. We also safely remove the existing shades and blinds.
