Legendary legacy, bright future

As experts in flooring, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile/stone, vinyl, and more, we’ve been giving our customers a great foundation to stand on since 1949, building a solid reputation and a customer base that returns year after year.

In 2022, owner Ron Crowder decided to move on to the next stage of his life and sold Modern Floors to Jason Reid, knowing that he was leaving the company’s legacy in good hands as part of the DreamCon family of home and construction businesses.

Modern Floors and DreamCon share the common goals of providing superior products and services to our clients and helping our team of employees achieve the American dream.
